Building the bridge from industrial machines to intelligent automation — robotics, machine vision, and CAD-driven builds.
I'm a hands-on Mechatronics & Robotics Engineer who works across the full stack — from industrial maintenance, pneumatic and PLC fault-finding, and machine improvements, to robotics integration, machine vision and rapid prototyping.
Currently at ADEG, supporting automated production machinery (gantry, waterjet, conveyor and pneumatic systems). Previously I assembled and commissioned robotic gantry and conveyor systems, and did board-level electronics repair and computer-vision defect inspection.
My Master's in Robotics at RMIT ended with a custom 3D printer built for their Material Science Research Team.
Maintain and fault-find industrial waterjet, saw, gantry and conveyor equipment across mechanical, pneumatic, PLC and electrical systems. CAD interpretation, component modifications and machine improvements.
Board-level electronics fault diagnosis and computer-vision workflows for PCB component defect identification.
Assembled, integrated and commissioned conveyor systems and robotic gantry platforms; sensor, controller and actuator integration with functional testing and root-cause analysis.
Automated hardware workflows with Python and Bash; diagnosed electromechanical integration bottlenecks.
CAD components in Fusion 360 and Autodesk Inventor; electromechanical integration, functional testing and commissioning support.
Built for RMIT's Material Science Research Team — CAD, fabrication, Arduino Mega and 10-DOF IMU for vibration data acquisition.
ROS mobile-robotics project integrating IMU and LiDAR sensing for SLAM, localisation and path planning.
MuJoCo pipeline generating synchronised RGB and LiDAR point clouds; camera geometry and 3D-to-2D projection.
Image-based workflows for electronics inspection and PCB component defect identification.
Private server rack — Dell PowerEdge, Proxmox, TrueNAS, RAID and ECC memory for self-hosted services.
Open to robotics, industrial automation and mechatronics opportunities.
